4. ACCOUNT SECURITY

5. TERM & TERMINATION
The Agreement remains effective so long as you access or use the Site. Membership may be terminated by either party. Certain provisions shall survive termination including IP rights, disclaimers, indemnification, limitation of liability, governing law and jurisdiction clauses.
6. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
The Company owns all proprietary rights, copyright, trademarks and intellectual property associated with the Site not explicitly granted to Members.

8. USER CONTENT AND LICENSE TO COMPANY

9. 18 U.S.C. §2257 COMPLIANCE (U.S. EXCLUSIVE APPLICABILITY)
All provisions regarding 18 U.S.C. §2257 obligations shall apply solely to content that is subject to the jurisdiction of the United States. The Site functions as a hosting platform and contributor / advertiser remains solely responsible for maintaining any records required under U.S. law. If Advertiser resides in a jurisdiction without §2257 obligations, the Advertiser must comply with applicable local laws. The Company may transfer data or identification documents in the event of corporate acquisition, merger or insolvency.
10. LICENSE AND ACCEPTABLE USE
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use and access the Site. You may not reverse engineer, manipulate code, attempt unauthorized access, modify, interfere, overload, or disrupt the Site.
11. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Use of the Site is at your own risk, including personal interactions or meetings organized outside of the Site. The Company is not responsible for damages arising from such interactions.

20. FORCE MAJEURE
The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, war, strikes, pandemics, technological disruptions, utility failures, or failures of third-party service providers.
21. SEVERABILITY, ENTIRE AGREEMENT, NO WAIVER
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severed from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any jurisdiction-specific appendices, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the Site. No waiver of any provision of this Agreement shall be deemed a continuing waiver or a waiver of any other provision, and no waiver shall be effective unless made explicitly in writing by the Company.
ADDITIONAL TERMS FOR UNITED KINGDOM USERS
These additional mandatory terms apply exclusively to users accessing the Site from within the United Kingdom. In case of any conflict between this UK Addendum and the general Terms of Service, this Addendum shall prevail for UK users.
1. UK Age Verification Compliance Under the UK Online Safety Act 2023 and applicable ICO guidance, access to sexually explicit or pornographic material is permitted only after successful completion of a robust age assurance process confirming that the user is 18 years of age or older.
